Privacy policy
Last updated 8 October 2026
This policy explains what information Maxfield LLC ("we", "us") collects through maxfieldllc.com and how we use it.
Information you send us
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, and message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss potential work with you.
How it is stored
This website is hosted by Netlify. Contact form messages and client portal data are stored in a database run by Supabase. Emails such as sign-in codes and portal invitations are sent through Resend, and our own email is handled by Google Workspace. These providers may also record standard technical information, such as IP addresses, in server logs needed to operate and secure their services.
Client portal
If you have a portal account, we store your name, email address, username, and the project, ticket, and invoice information we share with you. Passwords and sign-in codes are stored only as one-way hashes, and each sign-in code expires after 10 minutes. Only you, others at your company with portal access, and Maxfield LLC can see your workspace.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The portal stores a sign-in session in your browser so you stay logged in.
- We do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us at any time by emailing hello@maxfieldllc.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
